Property Rental Assistant, Guest Services (Siesta Key)

Full Time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm closed 1hr for lunch and Saturday 10am-2pm (This is a hospitality role with in-office coverage required 6 days a week)

Position Summary:
Provide on-site guest services & operational support for multi-unit vacation rental condominium complex on Siesta Key. Must be able to communicate well verbally & written, manage time & tasks effectively, work well in both a team dynamic and independently under limited supervision. Should be organized, detail oriented, and professional/friendly disposition a must. 1st point of contact to deliver positive customer support/experience. Should ideally have some background in customer service and/or hospitality role. Please provide details of prior work experience in job application.

• Rental office support during office hours; answer phones, reservation assistance, guest/visitor check ins/outs, assist walk-ins & unit showings, office admin
• Build & prepare guest welcome packages (keys, info)
• Manage incoming reservation schedule, early/late arrivals, unit ready/prep
• Assist with reservation inquiries, changes, confirmations, communications
• Manage issuance of keys/welcome pkgs, lockbox access, parking passes, lockout assists
• Guest Services Liaison, 1st point of contact for customer support, address problems/concerns, route issues timely & appropriately for proper response & resolution
• Repair/Maintenance coordination, access to units, job approvals, post job inspections
• Concierge Services (assist as needed with special guest needs, local transportation, airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, special event details, …)
• Vendor services coordination, check in/out all vendor visits, access to units, log key issuance/return
• Manage property parking passes, access codes
• Schedule/perform unit inspections, cleanings, work orders as needed
• Grounds inspections, maintain general tidiness & property presentation, seasonal décor
• Provide high level of service to all guests & owners
• Communicate/escalate problems clearly and timely
• Maintain clean/organized workspace & records
• Perform other duties as requested by Rental Manager

• Excellent communication/customer service skills
• Detail oriented & well organized
• Computer proficient (Email, Excel, reservation/work order systems)
• Physically able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to multitask and work independently on prioritizing/completing responsibilities
• Working knowledge of hospitality industry & delivering positive Guest Experience
