SARASOTA, FL — Casting For The Kids invites the Sarasota community to come together for a day of fun for a cause that matters at the 2026 Coastal Classic Family Festival, Saturday, September 26, at Phillippi Estate Park in Sarasota.

The festival runs from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is part of the Casting For The Kids Coastal Classic Fishing Tournament, one of the organization’s largest annual fundraising events. Proceeds benefit local families battling childhood cancer, providing financial assistance so parents can spend less time worrying about bills and more time focusing on their child.

The Family Festival will feature live music throughout the day, food trucks, 30+ vendors, raffles and door prizes, a mullet toss competition, fishing-related activities, and family-friendly entertainment for all ages.

Live entertainment includes Audio Orchid, Ellipsis, and Homegrown, with music and activities continuing throughout the afternoon and evening.

Admission is $5 from 12 PM–6 PM and $20 after 6 PM, when Homegrown takes the stage. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and enjoy an afternoon and evening at the park.

The event is presented by Babe’s Plumbing, Contracting & Electrical and Fire Sprinklers.

The Coastal Classic also includes offshore, inshore and amateur fishing tournament divisions taking place September 24–27, bringing anglers together to fish for something bigger than themselves.
