• Taco Salad: A crispy tortilla filled with (beef or chicken) beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
• Quesadilla: Flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, slices of (steak or chicken), served with rice and cream salad.
• Fajitas: Steak or Chicken cooked with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, served with rice, beans and guacamole salad.
• Chimichanga: Beef or Chicken topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole served with beans.
