About Us
Start your day right, Monday to Friday 8am, with a free yoga session on the soft white sand of Siesta Beach. Look for Yoga with Christal between the green lifeguard stand and the dunes. All ages and levels welcome. Bring a mat, towel, or blanket along with a hydrating beverage. Christal has a passion for yoga, and her intention is to share it.
