Heather Sutter, the Founder and CEO of Destination Florida Rentals and Real Estate (Destination), announces the rebrand of her real estate services company in Sarasota, Florida.

As of November 14, 2025, Compass Real Estate and Rentals and South Point Vacation Rentals are merging into one rebranded organization, Destination Florida Rentals and Real Estate (Destination).

Destination is a full-service rental management and real estate company that provides comprehensive property support and a range of real estate service needs to home owners, home seekers, and home sellers, in and around the greater Tampa Bay area.

With services that include vacation rental management for communities and individual homes, management for long-term rentals, property management, as well as home sales and purchasing support, Destination’s experienced team of Florida licensed real estate agents work with clients to address their specific needs.

Destination Florida Rentals works with many properties in and around St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Siesta Key. Some of Destination’s clients include: Aloha Kai, Peppertree, Casa Mar, Siesta Sands, and Casa Blanca, while several other communities are in the process of being onboarded.

Since January of 2025, Destination has made more than 5,000 reservations with its current inventory of 420 properties.

Destination Florida Rentals and Real Estate (Destination) was originally founded in 1977 under the name A. Clinton Brooks and Company. In 2001, the firm was rebranded as Compass Real Estate and Rentals (Compass).
