I truly understand the priorities and concerns of buyers and sellers. My partner and I have (due to career opportunities) relocated eight times in the past 20 years prior to permanently ''living in paradise.'' We have bought and successfully sold many homes - even during economic down turns - by always evaluating our needs for a home, market conditions, and resale without compromising on design or location. Understanding Real Estate has always been a financial necessity. I reside in Siesta Key where besides enjoying all the great attributes that Sarasota and Siesta Key offer, I also own/operate vacation rentals.
